bleeding in the uterus

My dog had a c-section and the vet told me she had a lot of bleeding from the uterus, what does that mean.

Some females will bleed a bit more after a section because the uterus tears, especially if they had a big litter.  

You may want to start giving her arnica.  It's a natural remedy available at any health store, it will help with the healing and get her back on her feet quicker.
