possible false pregnancy?

bella   Hello my name is jennifer and i have an italian mastiff named bella. My dog will be 45 days tomorrow from the first time she bred w/o a tie. She bred several times over the next couple times without ties. She has gain 16 lbs, is having a harder time getting up the stairs and has had an increased appetite from one meal to three meals a day. Bella is very aggressive so an ultrasound isnt an option. Her stomach hasnt fired up but her rib cage has gotten very broad. Could she be having a false pregnancy?

It's too hard for me to determine accurately. From the picture, Bella still appears to be nicely tucked up in the rear and her teats are still firm.     

The larger breeds tend to carry higher in the chest. And some of the females won't show until a week or two prior to whelping as they have more area to conceal pups.  

Have you measured both her chest and her stomach over the past 45 days?
