Vaccination

Hello, I would like to know when I have to take my 5- one month old puppies to the vet to get their vaccinations and what kind?
--And when do you think I can get my dog fixed.                                                                                                          
- also will my dogs nipples stay saggy and chubby or will her nipples go back to normal, as if she never gave birth.

They can go to the vet anytime although the first booster and check up is usually done at 6 - 8 weeks.  

The first shot includes distemper, parvo, and a adenovirus.  I would recommend a de-wormer for the pups and the dam while you're at it.

Once your female completely weans the pups and it back to "hard" exercise (running, playing catch, etc.) her body should bounce back to her old girlish figure.
