my new stud pomarian

i have just bought a 2 year old pomarian and he seems to have one of his testacles inside of him while it looks as though at one time at least it was down because the bags for it seems to be there but i am not sure of this could you advise me on what i should do

Hi. First thing you need to do is to get him to your vet. Let him feel and see if he can find it, or if it is inside of the dog. If it is, then he needs to be neutered. The testicle that is inside of him can set up cancer, and this condition can be passed on to his puppies. Good luck!
