pregnant bullmastiff

hi i have a bullmastiff that is 3 weeks pregnant have an ultra sound next week to confirm this. the last couple of days she has gone off her food eating probably half of what she normally would and acting a little depressed.
should i be worried thanks

That's common for a female to have a mood changes when their expecting.  

You can encourage her to eat by adding beef heart, kidney or liver to her diet.  You also want to supplement with vitamins and oils.

I like x-rays to ultra sounds, especially for the bully breeds, to better see sizes of skulls and placement of pups.  Those can't be done until after day 50 when the bones calcify and there is no harm to the pups or the dam.
