when will she come into season she i 6 months old but seems to be a bit snappy and have the runs over past few weeks

Hi Julie. Sometimes when dogs start to get close to sexual maturity, their attitude may change a bit. Is she becoming snappy towards people? I would look into getting her into some sort of puppy classes or talk to a behaviorist. She could go into heat anytime after 6 months. However, she is a large breed, and they tend to go into heat later than the smaller breeds. I would keep an eye on her now for heat, but would also get her in to the vet for a check up about her diarrhea. She may have something else going on causing it, and maybe even her behavior change.
