Question
can you help me please i took my bitch to breed when i fetched her back they said there other dog had tied with her straight after but it was only tied for a short time

Answer
Hi Donna. I don't mean any offense to the stud owner, but that was pretty careless of him. When a bitch comes to a stud, it is the stud owners responsibility to make sure this doesn't happen. It doesn't matter that it was only for a short time. She could've gotten pregnant by both males, and now you can't register the litter. Not unless you want to do DNA. That would be pretty expensive. If you choose to do that, then I would have the stud owner help with the cost. If you don't plan on registering the litter anyway, then I would maybe ask the stud owner for atleast have of my stud fee back. It was his carelessness that caused this. You in good faith brought your dog to his house to breed to a certain dog, and he allowed, even if by accident, your dog to be bred by two different males. I think that's the least he can do for you. I'm sorry this happened to you.
