Selling dog sperm

Hi I am needing any help finding info on selling a pure bread Norwegian Elkhound dog sperm. It is a good friends dog and she ask me to look in to it. He is papered and is pure bread. Where we live no one breads them and so it is very hard to find anything out. I have looked up as much as I could find. I am just wanting to get the 411 on it who know if she will do it or not but if you can help I would be thankful.

Are you wanting to sell the semen of your dog?  Is he papered? Titled or championed?  Or is it just a matter of you want to sell his semen?

You need a vet to collect and check to make sure the semen is viable and also if they can store it, extend it and ship it.

I'm not certain I understand what it is your looking for.
