Mother not cleaning

We had a difficult c-section and spay on the table.  4 days later the pups are doing well, moms milk is finally in but she will not clean any puppy but shows all signs she wants her babies.  I understand she is still sore from surgery but any tips would be helpful to have her instincts kick in on a first time mother.

Start with giving her some Arnica or Bach's Rescue Remedy. Both are readily available at any health food store.   A few drops on her tongue a day will help promote internal healing and will benefit her by calming her down enough to start enjoying her pups.
