bonnie had two lovely boy pups today,
but she seems not to have a lot of milk in her teets.
is there any special food i can feed her to promote more milk many thanks dave

Hi David. Please forgive me for taking so long in getting back to you. The power supply went out in my computer, so I was off line for a few days. I know of breeders that use dark beer to help milk come in. It depends on the size of your dog, if she's a smaller dog, then you can just give a tablespoon. If she's a bigger girl, then you can give her a couple of tablespoons. It does help. Also, you can go to the vet and buy some Nutrical, and there's something else you can buy from the vet but I can't remember what the name of it is. The vet will know. You can also put beef broth on her food to make sure she's eating plenty. Since she just had them, it may take her a day or two to get her milk fully in.
