question about my dog

Question
my dog is pregnant and should be having puppies any time.she has been drinking alot of water but she has not urinated in about 16 hours or more.
do you know whats causing it or what i should do about it?

Hi Ann.  16 hours is a long time.  I'm wondering if she is urinating someplace without you knowing it??  Sometimes, otherwise perfectly housebroken dogs, will start urinating in the house when they are pregnant.

Keep an eye on her and watch for other symptoms such as:  vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite etc.  If you are certain that she is not urinating, and you see any other symptoms, then I suggest that you contact your veterinarian.
