how can i get sperm from my male and concive puppys by artificial insemination just a thought if my male does not mate on his own since this is his first time,will he get it?

Hi. A.I. isn't too hard to do, but if you've never done it before, I highly suggest having your vet or another experienced breeder show you how to do it the first time. Your boy's problem may be because he is unexperienced. What you could try is using a teaser male. You put your boy up where he can see the female and other male but can't get to them. Put the teaser male on a leash and allow him to play with the female, and even try to mount, just make sure they don't breed. Put the teaser boy up, and let your boy with the female. This usually shows the boy intended for stud what he needs to do, and gets him on the right track.
