my dogs had to have a c-section

my dog went into labour her water sack had blood in it vet has done a c-section on her right now ,she said we my not get any puppies because the first one is dead wot do you think

It depends on a number of factors.  How quickly the section was done, how long she was in labor before you sought out vet care, and how good your vet is.

If this first pup blocked the exit and the following pups detached from the wall but couldn't go anywhere, they would in all likelihood, not make it.   But if the if they haven't you have a greater chance of having live pups, unless of course,  there is another reason like a infection that would wipe out the litter in utero.
