my dog is in labor

i dont no what else to do my dog has been pantting for 3 days and sounds like she has been pushing what do i do

When is her due date?  

Sounds like she could be in distress.  You can insert clean fingers into her and feel to see if a pup is stuck or blocking.  If you are not comfortable with pulling a pup out, you want to get her to the vet ASAP.   If she has truly been in labor for 3 days, she could lose not only her litter but her own life.
