puggle pregnant dont know what to expect

i have a puggle and she is pregnant by a mountain curr i think she got pregnant in august i seen her and the curr mating anyways i have several questions her milk is in 4 teats just a little pin drop comes out she is a outside dog what are her chances of haveing a hard time delivering these puppies and how many can i expect any info would be great the last time i checked her milk was last night and it was a little pin drop outta 4 teats so i was just curious of how much longer and how much longer do i need to wait to be concern if she doesnt have them?

What is the size of the female?   Pugs are notorious for birthing complications, but beagles (bred true) have easier time.   What is the size of the male she bred with? How much weight has she put on?  Do you have her on puppy food?  What kind of shape, healthwise, is she in?  All these factor into her ease of whelping.

A female is born with all the eggs she is going to produce.  It depends on how many she releases and get fertilize.  

Gestation is 62 - 64 days after ovulation.
