Nuetered male dogs breeding

My male jack russel just got nuetered.  My female jack russel is in heat and they mated.  Can the male still get the female pregnant within 2 weeks of being nuetered?

If your male dog was neutered properly I know of no scientific way he could possibly impregnate your female. Since his testicles were removed during neutering, his ability to produce & store sperm were eliminated; therefore, there would be no possible way for him to ejaculate sperm into the female if mating did occur.
