8 month bull pregnant

hiya, im very worried, hopefully you van help me, i have two english bull dogs there my babies. and thinking that it was impossible for them to mate without assistance were left alone during the night hours. she has been showing signs of nesting an poor appetite and her nipples are large. been to the vets and she says its too early to tell if she is having a pregnancy or a fake one, what do you think, she was in season 2-3 weeks ago. lex is only just turned 8 months old will she be ok? i did want to breed them eventually but not at this stage. Feel awful not knowing what will happen to her my girl if she is. Can you shed any light on the affects to her etc please im worried sick

Tough lesson to learn.  Regardless, 2 or 3 weeks is too early to determine if a female took.  She could be going through a false pregnancy.  I would take your female for x-rays around day 50 to see if she did take and if she did, where the placement of the pups are and if a c-section is going to be required.
