my doberman just had her first litter of puppies of 9 but only 3 made it she seems to lack milk what do i do because puppies are not eating i have already try massaging her breast to simlutate milk but nothing help

How old is the female?   Was the male tested for Brucellois or other STD prior to breeding?

If the mother's milk is bad you don't want the pups eating from them as that will be fatal to the pups.   You need to find either a wetnurse or make tube feed the pups.
