boxer puppies

I have 6 boxer puppies that will be 3 weeks old on 9/11/09. Mom leaves them constantly & I checked for teeth & they havent came in yet. They are whining all the time & wobbling around a bit to try & find her.  Is it too early to give them moistened puppy food?

Hi. Try to get her to feed them for another day or two at least. You may have to get some bottles and puppy formula as well. Check her breasts to see if there are any hard, warm spots on them, also check the color of the milk. Clip puppies' toenails if they need it. Try to get her to nurse for a few more days at least, but be prepared to bottle feed for a bit if they don't want the puppy food, especially if they don't have any teeth in yet. Good luck!
