will it be enough to feed new puppies with my schedule during a day?

Question
I work full time but I would like to breed my two yorkies in the future.  We
have a big female and a small boy.  The girl is calm and she loves when I pet
her belly :-)
I am concerned about some information that I read on the Internet that when
it is time to feed puppies with some kind of dry food (cereal or something) I
will have to do it once in a 3 hours. My question is:
It means that I will have to feed them 8 times a day (24 hours : 3 = 8)
including nights. Is that right?
As I said before - I work full time. What if I feed them in the morning than I
come for my lunch at home to feed them again and after that I will feed them
after work at 5:30 or 6 PM. Will it be not enough for them?

Thank you for your answers.
Have a good day!!

Answer
Hi. If something happens and mom doesn't have milk, or she refuses to feed them, or she gets sick and can't feed them, then they will have to be bottle fed every 3 hours when they're younger. However, once they are on solid foods, they don't need to be fed that often. You can feed them in the morning before you leave for work, on your lunch break you can pop in, clean up after them, and feed them again, and then again when you get home. Always keep clean fresh water out for them during the day. The hardest thing you may have is keeping them clean while you work. It's super important to keep small puppies and their area really clean. Do you have a neighbor that may be willing to help with that that you trust? Now, I would be remiss if I didn't tell you this: when you breed a dog, anything can happen. She may need a c-section, she may be get sick, she may even die. You may have to pick up the slack and feed the pups, this is a full time job in itself. I'm not saying you can't do it, I'm just suggesting that you have a back up plan just in case something goes wrong. She could get an infection, or mastitis, there are a number of things that can happen, prepare yourself way before the time even comes. If I can help with anything at all, let me know.
