mother missing and babies are hungery

We have 4 week beagle puppies. The mother got out of her pen so the babies are not getting any milk.  what do you recommend feeding them.

4 weeks is old enough to be on kibble.  You can soak the kibble with goats milk, pabulum and hot water.  Or use evaporated milk.

It's important to keep the pups away from any sick dogs as they get their immunities from their mother.
