stud not wanting to breed w female

ok i asked someone else on here this same question but they still havent answered me yet lol but anyways i have a chihuahua who has been a stud MANY of times before he never missed a beat lol well i have a female over here that we are trying to breed him with and she is flagging him and puching herself up against him i mean the whole nine yards but for some reason he wont have anything to do with her is there anyway you can help me out and tell me why he is doing this thanks

HI Janna. I'm sorry it took me so long to get back to you. Getting ready for Easter. :-) If they haven't bred by now, then the girl may just not be in the right part of her cycle to be bred. A good, experienced stud will know that, and ignore her until she's ready. That may be what's going on, especially since he has had plenty of experience, he'd know better than we would. :-) What day of her cycle is she on? Some girls ovulate later in the cycle than others do.
