Well,
my next-door neighbor says that hopefully by 5-6 weeks old we will try to sell them I do not think they should be sold @ that age! What age do you think that  I Should try to sell them @ they are baby Chihuahua

Absolutely NOT -- any breed puppies should not be sold prior to 8 weeks of age. Toy breeds are usually sold even later, usually at 10 to 12 weeks of age. This is not only the state law in most places but is also in the best interests of the puppies and potential new owners. Any puppy sold should have had proper wormings, at least the first one to two sets of puppy vaccinations and include a veterinary issued health certificate.
