Teacup Yorkie on Day 65

Thanks for your help.  My 2 yr old Teacup Yorkie is on Day 65 and is acting pretty normal... a little lethargic at times.  Should I worry she isn't showing signs of labor and shall I visit a vet tomorrow and check on things? I'm very worried.  Is "Day 1" the first time I see them breeding and I count from there?

Count from the last date of breeding.
Take her temp twice per day at the same time every day, when it drops below 100 and stays there, you're less than forty eight hours away.,
