How young can a male dog be to get a female pregnant?
My 8 week old dog is trying to mate my 16 week bitch can he get her pregnant?

At 8 weeks, it's a dominance issue and not a sexual one.  And one that needs to be addressed immediately before you have real trouble on your hands. Start by enrolling him in socialization and puppy classes.

A male can produce viable semen at 5 months.
