breeding my dalmation bitch

this is my bitches 3rd day into her season, what day is best to mate her, we have a male dalmation so we dont have to find a stud dog, also how long will she be pregnant for?

Gestation is 63 days from conception....not necessarily from breeding day.

Days 9 though 17 are typically the optimal days for breeding.  Although some females come in late, and some early.  Bring your animals together for breeding only for the next two weeks, keeping them separated the rest.  It will be a case of absence makes the heart grow fonder and all that.
