my dachsund just gave birth to 2 pups. this is 2nd day and she is having foul smelling drainage and is very weak and not eating. is there anything i can do. my vet is on vacation.

It sounds like she's retained either a pup, placenta or afterbirth.

You need to get her to A vet immediately, even if yours is away.  She needs a shot of oxytocin to clean her out and maybe even a small dose of antibiotics to help clean her up. The alternative will be fatal to her and her surviving pups.
