hi my dog temp is usually around100.1 but today it is between 99.6 and 99.4 is this normal she is not eating her own food but she is eating steamed chicken and drinking water but is with milk do you think i should start worrying don't know her due date

Cow's milk is never a good idea.  It causes diarrhea, which in turn can cause dehydration.  Take the milk away completely or substitute with goats milk.

Steamed chicken is fine, but you have to be aware that you may have created a monster and she may never go back to plain kibble again.

Flucuating temperatures is a common occurrence and should be monitored. When it dips it may indicate the onset of whelp.
