My aunts Shih tzu...

Well, my aunt and uncle bought a shih tzu to breed with the other one. And they started to notice that her belly is getting bigger. And they think that her tits are getting bigger... But she is a small dog. So there not really sure if shes pregnant or just gaining weight from eating? What do you think? They did tell me that she was in heat.

She could be. Or, she may be having a false pregnancy. It's really hard to tell for sure in the early part of a dog's pregnancy. You can take her to your vet when she gets a little further a long, and see if he can tell you for sure. When she's 40 days into her pregnancy, you can have an x-ray done. Good luck!
