GSD after the heat

Question
We have 2 female GSD and 1 male GSD.  Justice was 10 mths old when she came into her first heat and lated 4 weeks.  During her second week her sister Mya went into heat also.  My questions.
Are they more aggressive while in heat?
After the heat Justice's breast seem to be a little swollen, is this norma?

Hi Maria. Some dogs will change their behavior during a heat cycle. Some become more aggressive, some become more affectionate. as for her breasts being swollen, if she definitely wasn't bred, then she may be trying to go through what's called a false pregnancy.
