yorkie poo out of heat

i have a 1 year old yorkie poo that just had her 2nd heat 2 months ago. just this past week she has been humping everything, and offering herself to our neutered male dog. I also took her to the dog park and she was very playful with all the dogs and submissive with all the male dogs. and the males where VERY interested in her. this kind of behavior is normal for her when she is in heat. but what i am wondering is if this is too soon? its only been 2 months since her last cycle ended. She isn't swollen and has no discharge at all. what do you think this is?

It is early to be starting another season, unless she had a split heat or if she has an infection.

Just FYI "humping" is usually a sign of dominance.

It would hurt to take her in to the vet and do a simple blood test to make sure she doesn't not have a infection and that she is not coming into heat.
