Help me with my Bullmastiff whos pregnant please!

My 3 year old bullmastiff is pregnant (by accident) I also have a 9 month old bullmastiff (daddy). She's due any day now or I should say any hour. What can I do to help her? Also there is something hanging down very low under her tail? Help please.

What exactly is hanging low under her tail? Can you describe it? The best way to help you girl is to make sure she has a safe, clean, dry place to have her babies. Stay with her constantly incase something goes wrong, and be prepared to call the vet. If I can help in anyway, let me know.
