Clear gel like discharge

I have an English Bulldog in the middle of week 7. I am noticing a clear gel like discharge. It reminds me of silicon calk. Should I worry?

Some females have a clearish discharge with pregnancy. That's normal. If the color changes, call the vet. Make sure you can tell the difference between normal clear discharge and the mucus plug, which they loose 24-48 hours before labor. The mucus plug is a good sized, clearish glob that would remind you of a huge ball of snot. It may also have small traces of pinkish blood in it. If you're not sure, just take her in for a check up. The vet will be able to see it, and know immediately.
P.S. I like your description of the discharge. I've never heard it described that way! :-)
