I have 2 jack russell's (one girl, one boy), then i had to give the boy away because he missed behaved alot!! when they were still together, they would try to breed, but they cant becaouse they are both desexed, because i gave my boy jack russell away, when ever my girl jack russell saw a pupy when i would walk her, she'd cry, and try to pull me over there. I dont know what to do

When you say they would try to breed, do you mean mounting?  This is a sign of dominance and has nothing to do with sex.  Dogs will only reproduce when a female is in heat.  It's all about procreation not recreation with them.   

Your female sound likes she's missing a playmate.  You may want to try another one for her.
