if two males mate with one female within days of each other will she have puppies from both males? and if a male dog mates with his dam will the puppies be normal?

If the female is ready and ovulating when the two males have been bred her, then yes, she can carry pups from both males.

If the male mated  his dam that's know as in-breeding, and anything is possible. You will have either the very best, or some pups with all the poor traits of that line and breed.
