shih tzu pregnant or not!

my female shih tzu was breed about 2 months ago i think, im not sure when she due, i lost the date of her birth, but shes leaking milk from her nipples, you can feel 2 bumps a little over her vagina her bellies a little big and her vaginas swelled. i haven't took her to the vet yet. she scratches at her bed allot, what this mean?
is this false or not?

Gestation is 62 days, so if you're not sure when she was bred it makes it more difficult to determine when she's due.

Sounds like she's nesting, do you have a whelping box or a area where she can whelp her litter in relatively peace and quiet?
