my 7month old chihuahua my be pregnant

I have a 7 month old female chihuahua and a 1 year old male Chihuahua I was planing on breeding them later but they hooked up last night. I put a diaper on the female and turned around for 5 minutes and she chewed it of and they were stuck! I want to be a responsible breeder. I know she is too young to breed but I don't belive in abortion. Will she be ok ? By the way my male is smaller than my female. Thank you so much for your help,Jessica
