Pregant bitch has a hernia

Hey, my bitch (Lhaso Apso)had sex with one of my other dogs (Lhaso Apso)but the bitch has an herina, i'm rather worried that somethnig could happen to her during birth becuase of this. Will she be okay? Or are there high potential risks involved with this?

It depends if it is a inguinal (groin) or umbilical (navel) hernia.  In a inguinal hernia the bulge appears in the groin in which case a pregnant or diseased uterus may be incarcerated in the sack.  

You should know that hernia's are hereditary and there is a genetic predisposition for them in most cases.
