Doberman day 49 in pregnancy

I have a 4 year old Doberman. This is her 2nd litter. She came in heat on 10-17-10, first witnessed breeding was on 10-26-10. She had a vet check this past Saturday, he said she looks to have about 7-10 days left based on what he saw. My question is she is showing quite a bit of signs that she may be farther along than what we thought. Her temp has been steadily around 99.7-100.3. She is currently having clear discharge and is very uncomfortable. The poor girl is huge. However she does not have any milk yet. We have her whelping box fixed for her and she seems to be very comfortable with it. Are there any other signs i can look for to tell if she is closer than what we thought? Thank You

How many times did the male tie with her...When you say first witnessed breeding...were you not monitoring the entire time? I cannot tell you with certainty that she maybe farther along if you do not know how many times and what days she tied. This is why monitoring the entire breeding is essential. You will just have to watch her and see when she starts to contract to know when she will be ready to deliver.
