Weight Gain during Shih Tzu pregnancy

Hi, I have a Pregnant shih tzu and she is about 5 weeks along I believe..  I bred my shih tzu with another akc shih tzu, we left them alone for about an hour, I would check on her occasionally, I saw her and the male mating but never saw them get tied.. Like I said I wasn't constantly watching her so i'm not sure. So I watched her over the next couple of weeks nothing really different with her activity but about the 3rd week her eating slowed way down she became very tired and would sleep alot, and she wanted to be at my feet all the time and wanted to me loved on more than usual, she vomited a couple of times. So If she is pregnant she would be about 5 weeks and i've noticed her eating more her nipples are somewhat large and her vulva is slightly swollen and her rib cage area has widened up..  So my actual question is how much weight gain is expected in a pregnancy for a shih tzu?

It would depend on the number of pups she's carrying.  All the signs are typical of a false pregnancy too, so if I were you, I would take her into the vets after day 50 and request x-rays.  This will give you a better indication of what to expect.
