In my experience, dark green discharge combined with a stoppage of labor spells trouble.  What it indicates is that a placenta has dislodged and if there is no pushing/labor, the female can't expel the pup which mean the toxin begin to enter her blood stream and you will not only lose the entire litter but the dam as well.

Best to get her in to the vet immediately.
