my female is not in heat her heat was in dec 09 but shes locking up with my male??? why is this? should i be worried? can she get pregnant?

A female will only stand for a male when she's in heat. And she can only become pregnant if she was/is ovuating when the tie occured.  So yes, you should be worried.

Are you sure she went into full heat in December?  Could she have an infection now? If she's discharging blood, it can excite and confuse a male into thinking that a female is in heat.
