re in pup

hi i have a 3 yrold rottie bitch and also a 2yrold rottie entire male my bitch came in to season and i kept them seperate but the dog managed to have his wicked way with her they tied just the once on august 10th i rang the vet the following day to see if they could give her an injection to prevent the pregancy like the moroning after pill the vet said bring her down in 3 days time he then gave her the injection then again 2 days later dose this guarantee to work as she is got rather large around the waist and her milk bags have dropped down as shes had a litter over a year ago i didnt want her to have another one so soon ,i know its difficult to feel with large breeds as some carry them high ive felt a few little bumps in there ,i think she is pregnant ,will the injections she had damage the pups if she is pregnant ? i cant afford to have her xrayed ,i dont think shes having a phantom pregancy eithier.

Well if you can't get her x-rayed, you'll just have to wait and see what happens on or around the 11th of October.

Do you know what your vet gave to your female?  And does he guarantee his work?  It is really something you need to discuss with him.  Depending on what he gave her and the dosage, it may not have aborted the pups but would cause some health issues.
