my jack russel is loosing weight fast

my 5 year old jack russell resently had her first litter of pups she only had 3 she did ok at first then pushed them away at 3 weeks i continued to take care of them for her since then she has had alot of urine accidents she was totally house broken now she wont eat at all she drinks alot of watter but wont eat anything she has lost so much weight her pups are now 5 weeks old and doing great but shes getting worse also just one of her tits is still big and very hard to the touch what can be wrong with her i dont have the money to take her to the vet but im so worried something bad is gonna happen to her please let me know what this can be and what i can do for her also we have been forcing her to eat this beef product in a tube for high calories for dogs who wont eat given to us by the vet from previos dog illness not related but is that going to be enough what do i do plz help

Since you haven't taken her to the vet for x-rays there is no way to tell if she may have afterbirth or a retained pup still inside.  If that is the case it can kill her. She should be giving a shot of oxytoxin to make sure she's cleaned out and healthy.

By the sounds of it she may also be suffering from Mastitis. You can ease that by standing her in the bath with warm water.  Let the water come over her teats and massage them gently.  This will assist in getting milk out that may becoming toxic.
