My dogs made a tie, but the female still has bloody show.

My dogs made a tie this morning, on my record its the 7th day, There was still a bloody show this morning when i put her out. My male has been mounting her since last night when i put them together.

They are both Chihuahua and the male is 1yrs and the female is 3yrs.

My question is, even though she is still showing blood and they made the tie ( 15 mins ) will she become pregnant? I will put them together every other day untill they no longer do it, but was curious about this answer.

7th day is very early. Thirteenth day is usually optimal, however most often the count is off when the bitch stands (due to miscalculation on the owners part LOL). So normally when there is a tie, you have a breeding. I would wait three days and try for one more. But any more often than every other day is definitely a wasted effort. You can put them together every other day if you like, though it is not usually necessary. The discharge doesn't end when the bitch becomes pregnant, which is typically a day or so after the actual tie anyway. It ends when the females cycle ends.
I honestly don't ever breed more than once if I get a good tie and the female was willing and stood. But to be safe, if you want to put them together once more, it probably won't hurt :)
