Can a female chihuahua go into heat with out bleeding cause when i touch her back like toward her tail she leans ove her tail like she is ready to breed

Some female are lighter bleeders and/or keep themselves very clean so you may not have noticed the blood. Or she's in a pre heat or split heat. All the symptoms (swelling, flagging) without the blood, then her true heat occurs a few weeks later.
