Bad odor after delivery

I have a Chihuahua that gave birth on Monday to 3 puppies and I am noticing a bad odor from her. I gave her a bath Tuesday but it seems to be from her genital area. should I take her to the Vet or could this be normal? all other aspects seems fine. Eating, dealing with the pups, her temperament. Thanks!

Were all the placenta's and afterbirth accounted for?

A strong, foul odor could indicate that all the after birth has not be expelled.   You may want to have your vet give her a shot of oxytocin to clean her out, just to be certain.
