my friends beagle

Question
I have a small black dog. We believe he may be a feist,but he definitely has some terrier in him..anyway he may have hooked up (pardon that ewpression) with my best friends beagle..maggie normally a happy go lucky sweet girl has become (pardon me again) a bitch snapping at her little puppy sister dixie and men in the house. now am i reading too much into this or could this be mood swings are we gonna have some feagles or berriers or whatever..HELP!!

Forgive the question but was he around her when she was in heat? Were they alone or did anyone see them tie?
IF so how long ago?
Usually you don't see mood swings in female dogs when they are bred, however now and again you do. The only way to know for sure is to take the female into the vet around one month of gestation for an ultrasound.
