A dogs pregnany is about 63 days  from conception. The day they deliver can range from 59 to 63 days. Dogs can also go a few days over without anything being wrong. every dog is different and you can never be sure until its really time. i can remember countind down my boxers days until she would deliver only to get to day 63 with no pups.vshe did eventually have them on her 67th day. Being very patient is hard but they will have them when they are ready. if you get concerned that shes having any problems you should always take her to the vet. hope this helps and best of luck!
