Day 65 going into day 66

I have a pug that I thought was pregnant (first time) and day 63 came and went without incident. She was bred on 12/31 (and she was very receptive to the male)  but the males owners left thier house for 2 hours and didnt see the dogs tie so they told me that they didnt breed.  She has shown signs of pregnancy all along but her belly didnt get very big (bigger than normal though) and her teets are bigger than usual but they don't have milk.  I assumed she had a false pregnancy....now the night of day 65, going into day 66, she had a drop of white mucus and she has been crying out when I leave her in a room alone and then she'll follow me.  Do you think she could be whelping?

Tough to say as a false pregnancy has all the signs of a true one, without the end result of course.

One thing to remember is gestation is 63 days from when the eggs were fertilized not necessarily from the date of mating.
